For Phases 1 & 2 of the Luxury Golf Village Condos at Black Desert Resort, Eagle Point Welding provided custom-fit stair and balcony railings that elevate the look and performance of these high-end units.

Precision laser-cut for fit-up
While the railings appear to be traditional cable rail, the posts were laser-cut locally by FLOG INDUSTRIES for precision-aligned holes. This innovation streamlined production, ensured flawless fit-up, and delivered a level of quality expected in a luxury setting. Working with other top tier contractors with the right tooling locally sets us up for success without having to outsource out of the region
Completed ahead of schedule
Our team also integrated stainless-steel cable infills and lighted grab rails, bringing a sleek, modern finish that complements the resort’s upscale design. Despite the tight tolerances and architectural demands, the work was completed ahead of schedule.
We thrive in retrofits and love the challenges they present.
Beyond the railings, we handled the structural steel inside the elevator shafts and miscellaneous metals throughout the resort. With no access from above, our crew relied on precision rigging and custom tooling to safely hoist and set the heavy components in place—another example of our problem-solving in complex environments.
